Tim has been in the construction business for over 48 years, 32 years of which are with Diament Building Corp. A roofer by trade, he worked for Diament as a sub-contractor for years.

Tim is a “Can Do” person and a real “Team Player” with a plethora of trade experience.

When it comes to the quality of homes they build, Tim realized that John had zero tolerance for anything less than perfection.

As Tim will tell you, John Diament seeks out quality talent, not cheap labor.  And as a builder, this is quite a different approach.

Tim worked in the custom cabinet shop and as a trim carpenter before he became a Superintendent.  When work gets slow in the office, he enjoys pitching in with the other guys and doing some millwork.
