The Diament mission is to infuse better design into every home they build, from the quality of materials to the architectural details and the harmony between the home and the surrounding landscape. With a portfolio of over 250 custom homes, each Diament home bares a unique style and design. Because of their background in art, Diament Building Corp. has experience building homes of all styles spanning far beyond the traditional PA farmhouse style.
Better Process
A home should be as unique as it’s homeowners – reflecting their own personal style. We encourage our clients to be creative and to find their style and place their unique imprint on a home that will stand for generations. This design discovery process is not about flipping through our portfolio and picking out a home to copy. We start by educating our clients about the home building process and the value of better design, helping them make their own style statement.
In fact, it’s this initial part of the design phase that is quite time consuming yet very rewarding for us. We are passionate about educating our clients about the custom home building process, especially those clients that have never built a home before. We really open their eyes about better design, quality of finishing and the architectural details that make a house a home.
Better Way of Working
After building luxury homes for over four decades, we have developed a highly efficient design process, curated by experience and technology. We have our own full cabinet shop, so that we can do our own custom cabinet work and custom millwork without the excess lead times. Our superintendents are expert builders and are present on every build site with the authority to solve problems and make necessary decisions. Because of our systems and procedures, we can do complicated, high end construction quite efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality control.
