Our specialty. We work with prospective clients, current clients and repeat clients to help guide them through the custom home process including Architectural Design, Site Engineering, Permitting and Financing to help save time and money. This means by the time your design is finalized we are ready to put the first shovel in the ground turning your dream in to a reality.
Lot Discovery and Pre-Construction
Diament Building Corp. can help you find the perfect lot for your new home and we can take your lot from vacant land to approval to build quickly and efficiently. We specialize in single lot development as well as subdivisions and creating small enclaves of high-end properties. We also perform demolitions so if you can’t find the perfect empty lot, tearing down and rebuilding is always an option.
With the help of our agents, Diament Building Corp. can coordinate, implement and manage the plethora Pre-Construction process needed to meet or exceed state and local permitting requirements for site/lot development.

Additions, Alterations and Historic Renovations
Not all renovations are historic, but we can help with any building regardless of the original build date. Some of our finest work originates from old or historic structures. We work with Historic Districts to preserve and sustain old buildings

Do you live in a house built before 1978? If so Lead Paint may be an issue. We are an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified Renovate, Repair and Painting Firm (RRP). We have an in-house RRP Certified Renovator.
