Dylan’s journey with Diament started his freshman year of high school, where he worked summers for John Diament as a laborer throughout high school career. After graduating high school, Dylan continued his academic career pursuing a degree in Business Management from Penn State University.

While finishing his degree from Penn State University, Dylan has continued to work for Diament part time to further develop his knowledge of the building process while using his developing educational background in Business . Dylan has progressed from a laborer to carpenter’s helper and now Dylan has since transitioned from working on jobsites, to working as an intern in the Diament office where he continues to expand his expertise and understanding of the custom home building process working closely with Tom and Ryan.
