With Diament for over 18 years, Ryan has developed his expertise through a progression of positions. Ryan started as a laborer during summer breaks working for John Diament while he was still in high school.  He spent several years as a Carpenter’s Apprentice then as an Apprentice in Diament’s Custom Woodworking Shop where he built custom cabinetry, doors and furniture.

He became a Site Foreman/Carpenter where he developed an understanding of the custom home building process and how to manage a complex schedule. As an Apprentice to the Senior Estimator, he learned first-hand how the construction sequence influenced the bottom line. With a new perspective, Ryan transitioned back into the field as a Superintendent where he managed multiple new home builds, renovations and additions.

Ryan currently serves as the Senior Construction Estimator managing all bidding and answering all bid related questions for staff, clients and subcontractors. He works hands on with clients to help develop the budget for the design of their project, then works with the architects, engineers, vendors and contractors to take this vision into reality- on time and within budget.

Ryan is a master when it comes to creating, following and communicating complex timelines, schedules budgets and processes.
