Tom has been with Diament for over 14 years. He started as an estimator and has very keen sense for the preconstruction process from walking a vacant lot to visualizing finished grades and implementing the structure on the property.
Tom currently is a Construction Superintendent and Construction Estimator and enjoys the autonomy of the position. Along with other Diament superintendents, he manages the building process and brings with him the instincts of a tradesman. Tom says he enjoys working for Diament so much he may want to run company one day
When asked what makes Diament a successful builder, he doesn’t have to think long for an answer. He gives credence to Diament’s core group of contractors and tradesmen. Diament is not the typical builder who burns through employees and sub-contractors. Instead, they build relationships with talented people, treat them like family and grow with them.
